🔄 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because all GAFFA products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for wrong size or change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it free of charge. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gaffasports.com with your order number and photos.


📏 How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide. Please check your measurements before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.

📦 How long will it take to receive my order?

We use a print-on-demand system, which means each item is made just for you.

  • Fulfillment time: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping time (USA): 3–5 business days

  • Shipping time (International): 5–20 business days depending on location

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email.


🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! GAFFA ships worldwide.

🧾 Will I have to pay customs or VAT?

If you’re outside the U.S., your country may charge customs, VAT, or import fees. GAFFA Sports is not responsible for these charges, so please check your local regulations before ordering.


🧵 Are your products ethically made?

Yes. All GAFFA gear is produced on-demand through trusted global partners like Printful, who prioritize ethical labor, reduced waste, and sustainable sourcing when possible.


🎁 Can I send a GAFFA item as a gift?

Absolutely. Just enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout. We don’t include price tags or printed receipts in the packaging.
