GAFFA Sports – Return & Refund Policy

At GAFFA Sports, we take pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order products designed for athletes who lead from the front. Because each item is custom-printed for you, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

⚠️ Made-to-Order Policy

All GAFFA products are made-to-order, which means:

  • We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

  • Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.

✅ Returns & Replacements (If Faulty or Incorrect)

We will replace or refund your item if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • You must provide your order number, a clear photo of the item, and a short description of the issue.

Once reviewed, we’ll either:

  • Send you a replacement at no cost, or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

📦 Return Instructions (If Approved)

If we ask you to return an item:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Return instructions will be provided via email

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the fault was ours

⏱ Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Discounted or promotional items

  • Orders returned without contacting us first
